So you may be thinking, why did I create this new offering when my Face Yoga business is so busy and thriving?

Well…my intuition told me to do it…

Something which I can credit for my Face Yoga business scaling to multiple six figures whilst having more time for myself and my family over the last few years is tuning in to my intuition. This is my inner knowing, that feeling that guides me on the right path. I kept having this deep sensation that I need to share everything I have learnt over the past 17 years with other women. I know that so many women have a desire to feel healthier, happier and have more freedom, but they also want to help and serve others in a soul centred way (and see great money in their bank account each month).

There are lots of strategies that I have used to tune in to my intuition, which I will share on the Be Your Own Brand Course. I believe we have ALL the answers within us, but we sometimes need help and guidance to discover these.

There’s also another reason I started Soul Purpose Business. I have trained thousands of women to be Face Yoga teachers over the last decade and they all ask me one thing - ‘how I can I grow my business/make more sales/have more customers and clients?’ They also want to do this in a way that doesn’t feel ‘salesy’ and doesn’t involve long hours and hard hustle. So, this is where the Be Your Own Brand 10 module course comes in! It is a place where you can learn exactly how to do this!

Honestly, there’s no perfect time to start anything. For years I gave myself so many excuses for my goals (mostly saying I didn’t have enough time or money) but each time I just took that scary unknown plunge and I have never regretted it (and actually wished I had done it earlier!). The best decisions I have made in business have been investing in my learning, education, and personal development. I believe that success comes from constantly growing, changing, and learning. And I also believe this can’t be done alone. I listen to podcasts, read books and chat to people, but the courses I have taken and coaches I have used are what have “moved the needle” for my business, my mindset and my lifestyle. What will each module cover?

By the end of the course, I want you to believe in yourself so fully and greatly that you start living the life and having the business you deserve! And this course is all about enabling you to make big changes, big moves, and have big dreams. And I want you to be able to do this consciously, soulfully and mindfully.

Module 1

We will delve into what a brand is and understanding your own personal brand. We will also be looking at how to discover your own soul purpose and how to dream and move big, as well as the importance of self-care and daily routines.

Module 2

This will be centred around your Root Chakra and will be about setting your foundations and goals. We will also be looking at money, abundance and working through any money blocks that you have. We will be delving into feelings of deserving money, deserving meeting your goals, and stability when it comes to your business and your brand.

Module 3

This will be based around the Sacral Chakra which is all about ease, flow, femininity and movement within your business. We will also look at your creativity and stepping into that creativity to have the brand and the business that you want, plus clearing guilt around money.

Module 4

We will be looking at the Solar Plexus Chakra. This module will be about taking action, using your energy and power, marketing on social media and marketing yourself in the press and beyond. This module will also cover understanding your ideal client and customer and learning to sell successfully.

Module 5

This module will be based on the Heart Chakra and is about love and joy and what lights you up. I will be sharing how you can make courses, write a book, and make products all with love and joy. We will also be understanding the importance of setting boundaries, having happy clients and customers and having a business that is the greatest good for you and others.

Module 6

We will be delving into the Throat Chakra, which represents speaking your truth and being authentic. This module is about showing up on video on YouTube and on Instagram, Facebook and in podcasts. And is also about stepping into feelings of discomfort and using this as your power. This class will also cover understanding the 'magic no', teaching, sharing, serving, and overcoming that feeling of putting yourself out there.

Module 7

This will be based on your Third Eye Chakra, which is your inner knowing, trust, and intuition. This module will be all about abundance, money and visualisations. I will be helping you to understand how to pivot your mindset and your business and make changes both big and small within your brand and work.

Module 8

We will be looking at the Crown Chakra and connecting with your higher self and higher source. This will help you have a deep inner knowing that you can dream and achieve bigger, manifest, and let go of attachments. This module will also focus on your ability to know your own brand and scale this soulfully. We will also dive deeper into strategies to overcome imposter syndrome, overwhelm and fear of triggering others with your success.

Module 9

We will be taking a final journey through the chakras to align and balance them by using success affirmations, meditation and Face Yoga as well as taking a brief look at Human Design. You will be led through a series of activities to become clear on your priorities moving forward for your business, brand and marketing and understand exactly the life you want a year from now.

Module 10

This module will be about meeting your goals, seeing how far you have come and celebrating that! We will also go through a summary of all the key points of the course as well as learning key ways to improve your website, teaching and coaching, if you do these. This module is also about how to maintain your success after the course and how to continue to be a healthy and wealthy business owner.
